    Windows C drive behaving misteriously


    My adobe reader app was not functioning well. So I decided to download a new one. By googling I found a website called getintopc.com . From there I downloaded the file and did whatever was said in this website. I think the instruction was to crack the software, I am not so clear about. But after installing My Windows C drive changes it's sign. I uninstalled all the adobe things in my pc but the SIGN remains same. Now I don't know whether I should format my pc or get going with this? Please tell me about the type and amount of risk associated with this.
