Windows 10: windows camera and speaker

i want to ask a question so my elitebook x360 g4 currently running windows 11 pro version 24H2 and as i updated it the speaker has an x beside it and it is saying no output devices found sand for my camera i noticed that when i was using windows 10 pro the camera was working but i didnt use it that much and one day like that i checked it and it was saying no camera attached and when i updated to windows 11 it deleted all my files apps and everything and when it said i should do the windows hello face it just started working and i felt that it was my files and i dont have any files on it ag

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Pair the speaker with your PC.
  
• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
  and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
  
• Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
  
• Right click on the same device again and Enable.
  
• Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.

What is the make and model of the camera?

I would suggest you to make sure the camera is installed properly and listed under Device Manager.

Follow these steps:

• Press “Windows key + X” from keyboard.
• Select “Device Manager” option from the list.
• Check if the Camera is listed in the devices list.

If it is not listed then the Camera driver is not installed. I would suggest you to run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter to diagnose and fix the issue.

If the camera is listed in the device manager, then perform the following troubleshooting methods:

Method 1:

You may try running the Hardware and Device troubleshooter and check if it helps.

a. Press Windows Key +R, type Control Panel.

b. Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.

c. Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.

d. Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2:

If that doesn’t work, then I would suggest you to perform troubleshooting steps from the link “What
to do if you have problems with an app” to diagnose and fix if the issue is with Camera app.

Method 3:

If this doesn’t fix the issue, I would suggest you to uninstall the camera from Device Manager then reinstall it and then check if this fixes the issue.
