Windows 10: Windows Camera App error code 0xA00F4243

Getting this error message - Windows Camera App error code 0xA00F4243 plus my camera wont open in zoom yet works in other formats

Error code 0xA00F4243 (0xC000D3704) Cannot use the camera for anything. Says another app is using camera. Any suggestions?

• Are you using a built-in camera or a camera application?

Yes, i'm talking about the default camera app which is on the Windows 10

• Were there any updates made on your computer prior to this concern?

Yes, It started happening only after some Windows Updates. I had been using the face detection since the begining but the error started appearing very recently.

• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the error?

Close other apps

It looks like another app is using the camera already.

• When did the issue first begin?

About a few weeks ago.

• What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve this?

Tried the hardware test by Dell.

Performed Refresh on my computer.

Performed SFC scan and did not find any issues.

Please help! I have been looking at many fixes but none work.
