Windows 10: Windows camera can't save my videos

Hi, I'm getting the below message whenever I try to save a photo or video. Can idea what might be causing this?I have my school account for windows as my default account, and when I try to log into the photos app, it says my account does not have permission for this feature. Which makes sense, because it's a school account. But I feel like Windows should have a way to save files locally without using a onedrive account. Am I wrong?Thanks in advance!

Camera/Video Camera settings not being saved.

Is there a way to save your camera settings (ex: Macro/flash on or off) and Video Camera settings (ex: 720P HD recording)

It is intensely annoying to have to change these settings every time I open the application. This also defeats the purpose of the "hardware camera button." What good is having the app open up instantly, if you have to take 10 seconds to change settings before
you can snap a picture? By then, the moment is over. Am I just missing the option to save these?

I understand that you’re unable to import photos and videos after upgrading to Windows 10.

This could be due to incorrect Auto play settings. I suggest you to follow the steps as shown below and check if it helps.

• Plug in the Camera.
• Go to Start and type AutoPlay Settings.
• Choose AutoPlay Settings.
• Under your Camera Device, choose the option "Import Photos and Videos."
• Exit Auto Play Settings and check if the issue persists.
