Windows 10: Windows cannot access the specified device path or file External Hard drive

Greetings People of microsoft, I tried to access my old SSD using a docking port harddisk 3.0, however it recognised by the system, but when accessing like application.exe it shown an error like this 'Windows cannot access the specified device path or file':Yes it can read and write but not accessing, tried every youtube tutorial also reading this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/-windows-cannot-access-the-specified-device-path-or-file-error-when-you-try-to-install-update-or-start-a-program-or-file-46361133-47ed-6967-c13e-e75d3cc29657 anything i tried still showing this error,
