Windows cannot access windows and an error occurs when troubleshooting. When I try to reset my password don't seem to work nor my pin. How can I factory reset without having to type my password?

I recently encountered problems with my Windows operating system and decided to perform a system rollback. However, this action led to more issues, prompting me to reset Windows while preserving my personal files.

Since the reset, I've encountered the following problems:

1. Inability to Access Microsoft Store: I can no longer access the Microsoft Store, and I receive the error code "0x80072EFD" when attempting to do so.
   
2. Troubleshooters Not Functioning: Most of the built-in troubleshooters are not working correctly. I've attempted to use them to diagnose and resolve various issues without success.
   

Here are the steps I've taken to troubleshoot the problem:

• I've checked my internet connection, and it seems to be working fine as I can load webpages without any issues.
  
• I've disabled proxy settings to rule out any network-related problems.
  
• I've verified Windows Update settings and attempted to reset Windows Update components using the provided commands.
  
• I've tried to run the Windows troubleshooters but encountered difficulties in doing so.
  
• I've attempted to re-register the Microsoft Store using PowerShell, but the issue persists.
  

Additionally, I tried switching to a local account in Windows, but I encountered problems logging back in.

I'm seeking assistance in resolving these issues, particularly the inability to access the Microsoft Store and the malfunctioning troubleshooters. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Hi All,
Running Win 10 Pro and having an issue when i select "troubleshoot compatibility" the troubleshooting wizard throws the following error: "An error occurred while loading the troubleshooter"

I have tried everything i can find online on this and not having much luck. Here are steps i have taken:
1. Ran System File Checker and DISM tool
2. Make sure Background Intelligent Transfer Service and Cryptographic Services are set to auto and running
3. Completely removed Antivirus
4. Tried in safe mode
5. Checked the hard drive for errors chkdsk /f
6. Repaired .NET (found no issues)
7. Ran the reset Windows 10 utility (re-installed Windows)

Short of wiping the hard drive and starting from a clean install, i would hope there is a simple solution to fix this. If anyone has any ideas, i would really appreciate some assistance. Thanks in advance!
