Windows 10: Windows cannot access\\**** You not have permission to access when trying to use LAN

We have 3 laptops all using the same network. and all running Windows 11. From my laptop I can access the shared files on the other two. The other two can access the shared files on each other. When trying to access my laptop from the other 2 computers, we the message "Windows cannot access\\****{name of laptop} You do not have permission to access." At times we've been able to access all the computers but now mine is out of the loop. Password protection is off, it is a private network. We've run Service and set the following to automatic:Function Discovery Provider Host FDPHostFunctio

I have a file i need to run on Windows 7 Home Premium. I get the error message saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

So I right click and choose Properties to access the permissions but I cannot. In the Security tab I get a message saying, " You do not have permission to view or edit this objects permission settings.".

Next I boot into the Windows 7 Hidden Administrator Mode - and even with this I get all the same error messages.

Please help me as I really need to run This file.

I tried the guide and other tips and nothing worked.. In the end it was Comodo Internet Suite that was causing the problem. I uninstalled this crappy software and Poof I had access to all permissions again.
