Windows 10: Windows Cannot be Upgraded?

Whenever I feel that Windows 10 has gone corrupt or not responding well. I used to download the latest version from MS and go for an upgrade using a USB installation media. But this time after some time I got a strange response, that I never got before. Please advise.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

Cannot update to 1903

In place upgrade repairs and Windows upgrades cannot be performed successfully while in safe mode.

Instead perform upgrades while in clean boot.

Once you have ran through the steps in the upgrade check list then perform an upgrade in clean boot using the Windows 10 iso.

It may be successful after running through the check list.
If not it should generate the better error code.
Panther logs can be scanned to see if there are focused troubleshooting steps.
