Windows 10: Windows Cannot find CMD

Discus and support Windows Cannot find CMD in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; When I try to run cmd it gives me this error, Windows cannot find cmd...     Windows Cannot find CMD


    When I try to run cmd it gives me this error, Windows cannot find cmd... Went to the folder to find cmd and it is missing. Cannot run RegEditor either. Tried all the quick fixes from google search and keep running into this error.

    Windows and CMD- renaming a file in CMD

    Steps I've done

    Here what happens


    • turn on PC

    • start windows

    • get blue screen ( message NTFS file)

    • it reboots returns to diagnosing PC

    • Diagnose and repair fails

    • I move to advance options

    • will not reset windows , I click on CMD

    things I've tried
    commands:

    reagentc /disable

    reagentc /enable

    *************************FAILED
    not recognized
    **********************************

    Please advise

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows Cannot find CMD

    Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
