    I cant open certain administrator apps such as 'command prompt,task manager and many more' it shows me error like this for example Task Manager

    MAKE SURE YOU TYPED THE NAME CORRECTLY. CAN'T RUN ANY ADMINISTRATOR.

    I can't go through any exe and system files in local disk C (Windows folder), can't even do cmd and powershell run as administrator. It always says 'make sure you typed the name correctly'. I can't even open task manager or regedit or any administrator privileges, and also windows administrative tools, what should I do?
