    Hello,I have recently been having trouble with this pop up and it will not go away.I really have no idea how to get rid of it..I've read that it happens when you open a program but I am not opening anything - it just pops up periodically.I have tried DISM.exe, doesn't work. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, doesn't workPlease help!

    On every startup I get this error message:
