Windows 10: "Windows cannot find the especified file".

When opening almost any file, I get this error. I determined the cause, Windows is searching in folder "C:\Users\me\Desktop\..." or "C:\Users\me\Downloads\..." when these folders are actually named "Escritorio" and "Descargas". How can I fix it?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.
