    Windows cant boot up


    About 3 days ago my laptop started working breaking, the sound in it was quiet and low quality and was the screen was lagging alot, then a driver named "INtime Bridge Host Driver" broke as well and i disabled them thinking it would solve the problem and now my laptop cant load.Now my laptop cant boot up and after about 2 hours of waiting it will get a bluescreenI was trying to access safe mode but it doesnt work for some reason. I have no idea how to fix it

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
