Windows 10: Windows can't install updates / reinstall

Hello, I have a Windows 11 21H2 install and in the past months I have tried to update to 22H2, but every time it stops in the middle of the process and it black screens. I wait for hours but it stays blank, I turn off the PC and it reverts the updates. Today I tried to manually reinstall Windows using a RUFUS bootable USB drive, clicking setup and retaining only files. It was fine till 50% circa, then it stopped again as the previous time. I waited for another three hours before turning it off again, and I got a 0xC1900101 - 0x40021 error code in the SECOND_BOOT phase.The drivers should been u

Windows updates won't install!

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
