    windows can't recognize the difference between two secondary ssd installed in computer


    windows can't recognize the difference between two secondary ssd installed in computer thinks they are the same drive one has data and one doesnt both with different letters and both are different drives. no matter how much i swap it thinks the one with data is the other empty one. drives are samsung 670 evo and 670 qvo both 1tb. computer lenovo v15-iil running windows 10 using ssds in additional slot in laptop. please help i had to by data recovery tool to get info back.. the reason i need to swap is i run a virtual system on one for my plc programming and want to have other one for pero

    Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

    Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

    Steps to confirm issue:

    • Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
    • Secondary drive not visible in device manager
    • Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

    Steps to replicate issue:

    • Installing 1909 update

    Steps to resolve issue:

    • Uninstall 1909 update

    Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
