Windows 10: Windows can't run certain programs because it can't find the the file. I'm staring at the...

So I'm trying to open certain programs but whenever I try to open them using the windows key + typing out the program name, the programs don't open. When I right click to run as administrator I get an error box saying that Windows can't find the file. When I open file explorer and go to the directory of that file, it's right there. I've attached some screen shots of the error I receive. It also doesn't happen to just one program. I've tried running sfc /scannow on cmd, but it didn't find any problems.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!
