Windows 10: Windows Cast not connecting to my Samsung Smart TV

I've been casting from my Win11 to my Samsung TV for a long time, but now the computer is not connecting to the TV. The TV shows up in the available displays list but when I click on it, it keeps "Connecting" forever and it never does. I did just reboot my pc and reinstalled Win11 but had to activate Windows as Win11 Education through my school. Don't know if this would be making a difference on casting.Can someone advise on this?Thank you

Windows 10 CAST Connection to Samsung Smart TV failed

I tried casting a move from Windows 10 PC on to my Samsung Smart TV. Initially I connected my WiFi enabled Samsung M5570 Smart TV through Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Windows 10 readily recognized the TV and I was able to CAST
my Windows 10 screen to my Samsung TV. However, later I disconnected and tried to reconnect the same device again, but Windows 10 could not detect my TV. The search is going never ending. What I should do? [I am able to remove and reconnect my TV many times
via my Android Mobile using CAST feature.]

The other similar thread to this says 'Cast to' used to work to a Samsung TV but now it doesn't. This would imply something is 'wrong' with our Win 10?

Can anyone suggest some more troubleshooting steps to try to determine what the issue is?
