Windows 10: Windows "cast" stopped finding my Smart TV

Interesting. I had never casted anything before. So Friday night pressed the windows logo and K, and Windows found my Roku TV and I watched a movie from one of the website I frequent. I fell asleep and the next morning, windows couldn't find my TV. What happened? I literally didn't touch anything, unless I slept walked. I literally did nothing between Friday night and Saturday morning. Nothing could have changed.I looked in my devices and saw my Roku TV was still there. I did a dxdiag check and first it said: Miracast: Available, with no HDCP and down below it read: Miracast: Supported

The other similar thread to this says 'Cast to' used to work to a Samsung TV but now it doesn't. This would imply something is 'wrong' with our Win 10?

Can anyone suggest some more troubleshooting steps to try to determine what the issue is?

 

Casting to TCL smart 4k TV

I have a TCL smart 4k tv and both my computer and tv are connected to the same wifi signal. How to I cast videos on my computer to the tv? I am able to cast from my samsung phone to the tv but cant seem to find a way with the pc
