Windows 10: Windows change screen after screens come back on from power saving mode

Rather than explain it, please watch the 1 minute long video.The only system changes that I have made all day:Installed an 7900 XTX Installed AMD Pro DriversI do not use AMD Adrenaline as it changes shortcuts, screen tint and black levels of my monitors.I have quad monitor setup.I have already rebooted, the issue persists.

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.

Screen keeps going into power saving mode.

just setting up a cheap and cheerful set up for my wife, everything seems to work fine but the screen keeps going into power saving mode i have tried 2 different screens the same thing? any idea whats going on? also when it goes in this mode i have to reboot the pc because i cant get the screen back on. ive also turned every sleep mode to never, and also clicked off in network dont turn off computer to save power.
