    Windows Clock App - Timer - keep running when reaching to zero


    Currently, when the Timer reaches zero, an alarm sounds, and the timer stops. I propose adding a feature where, instead of stopping, the app automatically switches to a regular stopwatch mode. This stopwatch would count upwards, displaying the elapsed time beyond the initial countdown in red numbers. This visual cue would help users easily identify how much time has passed since the countdown ended.This addition would be particularly useful for activities where it is important to know not only the allocated time but also the overtime duration.Thanks!

    • Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
    • Are you using the built-in Windows app or a third party app for clock timer?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve your concern?

    Alarms and Clock app not working in Windows 10

    Certain features of the Alarms and Clock app are not working in Windows 10.

    The main reason I use this app is for the Timer, which currently is not working.

    • I cannot create a new timer.
    • I cannot remove the default timer that is there when the app is first run.
    • I cannot edit the default timer

    I have read the " Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store" article and tried the following steps.


    • Checking for updates.
    • Resetting the app.
    • Running the app troubleshooter

    None of this has fixed the issue I am facing. The Alarm function of this app is also showing the exact same issues.

    Please advise.
