Windows 10: Windows Clock - Spinning wheel in tasks area

The Windows Clock App has a spinning wheel in the tasks area. I have signed out and signed back in, signed out and signed back in with To-Do. I have run sfc /scannow did fix some errors but did not resolve the problem..The spinning wheel only is visible when tasks are selected, not flagged emails, etc. Suggestions?

A spinning wheel spins upon windows 10 startup. Startup is taking over 1 minute. Any suggestions?

Weird occurrence - desktop won't load, spinning wheel etc

Ok here is the MR steps to be sure I am completing this properly - same error thought.

EDIT : I did what you said and tried without G (second time, didn't take screen shots), same error. I did notice that NTFS Primary 3 (NONE) doesn't have a drive letter associated with it?
