Windows 10: Windows cmd popup

This keeps popping up every ten seconds and instantly closes it's very annoying and so far I haven't found a solution. it also tabs me out of every game that I play, PLS HELP. I also deleted powershell and its still doing it.

Cmd popup then disappears after windows update

I have reset my laptop then after installing new updates for windows I rebooted my laptop and a cmd window popup then disappears.

Then I checked if it will popup again if I rebooted my system but it does not.

Can the windows update cause the cmd window to popup for a split second?

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware
