Windows 10: Windows Colour Mode/Theme keeps changing to custom

I like my colour mode in Dark mode but since a few days ago (I haven't manually updated or changed any settings) long periods of time or after restarting my computer the colour mode will change to Custom with default app mode being in light mode which is a setting I've never used since setup.

I've tried removing work accounts, disabling/enabling sync I've tried creating a theme and using that but on restart the theme is also changed back to custom. I've tried CCleaner for broken registries and computer health and even checking/installing new updates) I'm genuinely at a loss on what to do, so now I'm here.

Changing Theme reverts to Light Colour taskbar

version 1903 (18362.10006). After upgrading to this version, when changing theme, it defaults colour to "Light" . It used to be "Custom" with Windows Mode "Dark" or whatever my preference was. But now it does not keep this when I change the theme.

• Did you try the steps suggested by Suvarna Govinda above, what was the result?

As I understand the issue, Themes in Windows doesn't have the options to change on its own. Only the Wallpapers in the themes can change as selected ( Picture, Solid color and Slide Show ).

I would suggest you to make us understand that if the Wallpapers are changing in Theme which you have selected.

Below are the steps you can check if it helps.

• Press Windows + I keys and select Personalization.
• Select Theme and select the Default theme.
• Select the Desktop Background below and select the Picture
  and save it and check.

theme Colour changed

When i upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 Windows had a beautiful theme colour brown mixed yellow on Start menu and setting but when i sign in with my outlook.com account suddenly that default theme colour changed to blue so how bring back that default
colour please help?
