Windows 10: windows command processor consume up to 2gb of my ram

Discus and support windows command processor consume up to 2gb of my ram in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; can you help me resolve this so i don't need to end task windows command processor everytime i turn on my pc.PS: it's a different PC from my last time...     My pc windows command processor is taking more than 2gb ram usage when i use applications? please help to remove this
    I viewed other threads also in this forum that addresses the same need but i need personal help.

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile windows command processor consume up to 2gb of my ram :)
