Windows 10: Windows command processor is taking up a crazy amount of RAM

Discus and support Windows command processor is taking up a crazy amount of RAM in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have 32gbs of RAM and even though it says WCP is unless less than a gb my pc is at a steady almost 85% usage with only a browser running restarting...     I have 32gbs of RAM and even though it says WCP is unless less than a gb my pc is at a steady almost 85% usage with only a browser running restarting the pc only temp fixes the issue I think i might have some Malware that defender isn't picking up in it's scans.

    GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Windows command processor is taking up a crazy amount of RAM :)
