Windows 10: Windows Command Processor takes 2gb of RAM everytime my pc is on

I - for whatever reason - feel like it should not do that....I tried following the steps that were recommended from a previous question, exactly like mine, but I don't know how to analyze the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool results. That being said, I did scan my pc anyway, the results are here: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/54u6n2l9mrrpb/FRST_ResultsPlease help I don't want viruses...I couldn't add a printscreen to the post, so I bundled it up with the FRST Results. Still, the Windows Command Processor is consistently taking up 2081mb of my ram

My pc windows command processor is taking more than 2gb ram usage when i use applications? please help to remove this
I viewed other threads also in this forum that addresses the same need but i need personal help.

Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile
