Windows 10: Windows computer unable to reset even in recovery menu

I have a genuine hatred for whoever approves these windows updates because they bricked my computer completly for the second time. I can’t even open settings or search anything. My computer crashes every 10 seconds and when I go into recovery this thing can’t even reset itself. Even msi support this gave me some bull video acting like everybody who buys a windows laptop has an extra one a lil usb flash drive siting around with no data on it. Now my expensive computer with a 4060 can’t even open Xbox so now I’m stuck here with bottled air at this point. Is there any way to reset my pc without g

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

Unable to boot the computer.

I suggest you check if you are able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment using installation media. Follow the steps provided below and check.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

Check if you are able to boot to this window. If you are unable to boot to this window, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer and check.

Unable to personalize tiles in Start menu Windows 10

• Which is the build installed in your computer?
• Have you installed all pending Windows updates?
• Are you facing this issue in Microsoft Account or Local Account?

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

I would suggest you to check and install any latest Windows Updates available.

Check for updates under
Windows Updates.

4.
Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.
