Windows 10: Windows computer window logos ticked away

So I titled it with a grabber but it’s definitely my point here. I live in hotels for the moment in a rather dangerous, impoverished and drug ridden part of town. I took my computer to my old hotel bc I found out someone I have not seen since high school is staying there.. She tried downloading a sims game on MY shit but I didn’t allow it bc she was obviously gakked out plus most likely not considering I need this computer to make and release my debut songs.

But she kept telling me that everything is okay except for my windows logo like idk at the start button area, would tick away in front of me. As in one would fold in, then a few mins later the next until there’s apparently no logo anymore. I’m just wondering.. is this something that happens ? Or did she unintentionally misinform me with the aforementioned concept out of confusion and/or inebriation ? Because I can NOT find evidence this is a thing but she KEPT saying it and I can’t shake it because the idea cracked open whichever eye I’m on now like the fifth. It seriously made me think like “what in hell, as in a jailbreak type of change to the interface ?”.. but I can’t find any information about this.

Computer hangs on Windows Logo, help!

As title when loading my computer it freezes on the windows logo. I am using Windows XP SP2 OR maybe SP3, can't remember.*Laugh :laugh:

Now i can't get into Safe Mode because that hangs on BMLoad.sys.

My computer is freezing a bunch when starting up at the windows logo it just stays there I left it on for a good 30 minutes. Anybody else that had this problem mind telling me how to fix this? I need my computer preeeeettty bad right now I have a project due

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
