    Windows computer won't boot up


    Hello, I went into the system configuration and clicked boot menu and selected advanced options and clicked the box that sayed number of processors I changed from 1 to 6 and i clicked apply and it said restart I restarted and got a green screen saying your windows insider build ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. And watched some videos on how to fix it and none of them worked so I went on here to see if somebody could help.

    computer won't boot but has power

    Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.

    Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

    to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

    to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
    Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
