Windows 10: Windows configuration screens

Why do I get the Windows configuration screens on update? These screens probably have another name, but they ask me if I want Office 365, OneDrive and what I want to use Windows for in full screen views before letting me start using Windows. I already answered these when I installed W11. I used to get these several times on my W10 previously as well and now I see there is this same thing in W11 : Throwing these screens in my face on start-up even though I have replied to them before. It makes me feel like Windows does not care about my setup and is ready to activate features and settings I do

Black screen after 'Starting Windows' sequence

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.
