Windows 10: Windows constantly detect and then can't detect external monitor

Like the title says, when connecting my laptop to my tv it constantly goes through the animation when it detects an external display nothing appears on the TV. If I leave the display settings page up I can see that it does detect the display but then loses connection. I have no clue why it keeps doing this. It doesn't do this with any other monitor or tv that I connect it to, just this one specific tv. Same as the TV, all HDMI ports work fine with other devices just not my laptopI've reset my graphics drivers and cleared the cache in RegEdit but still the same thing.Heres a link to what it l

External Monitor not detected

I am running windows 10 on a MacBook Pro using bootcamp. I use a imac as an external monitor. Windows cannot "detect" the monitor. using a firewire connection, which works splendidly under OS. Any suggestions?

 

Outlook & external Monitors not detected

Suddenly - my Outlook is not detected and my 2 external monitors are not detected - WHY? Hoe do I fix this?

 

Laptop not detecting external monitor

I'm using a laptop with an RTX 380.

I used an external monitor via Hdmi and it worked fine,

until I connected a USB webcam.

I was receiving a video via the camera app for about 5 seconds. After that, both monitors started flickering black and than the external monitor just wasn't detected anymore.

I Updated windows and reinstalled the Geforce driver multiple times without success.

The laptop is still not detecting any monitors via the Hdmi-port.
