Windows 10: windows Constantly getting stuck on "Getting Ready" as i try installing windows

So ive purchased a new m.2 and went to go install windows on it. I have mistakenly deleted all the other partitions and now I am unable to install windows on any drive. Ive been trying to boot from my bootable media usb. Ive done the media creation tool and also rufus and etcher none of these are working. Also i have been getting the iso's from Microsoft directly so i have no clue what the problem is. I can boot from the usb and also get through the wizard to the point it reboots and says getting ready and it just spins on getting ready for hours like 8+. I've updated the bios and nothing has

For us to effectively assist you, may we ask if you made any recent changes on your computer prior to the issue?

Have you tried any possible troubleshooting steps? If yes, what are those steps? This is to avoid repeating of the possible steps done.

If Windows 10 install gets stuck on the message "Getting Windows ready", it is possible that the internet connection might be running slow. Kindly ensure that your internet connection can suffice the download during the update. The other thing would be a conflict
from external devices. We suggest temporarily disconnect all peripherals aside from mouse and keyboard.

Constantly stuck in getting windows ready

Literally every time i restart my computer i get stuck on the getting windows ready screen for hours. Its extremely frustrating and i cant seem to fix it. Im using an acer desktop running windows 10.
