Windows 10: Windows Context Menu not displaying all options

Look, while I understand you are trying to streamline things, my context menu is greatly missing items. Microsoft says it has Cut, Copy, Paste, Rename, Share and Delete at the top of the menu.Not mine, it has no shortcuts at the top, which means anytime I want to do any of the above options I have to go into the second menu which is added time. My job handles lots of data, and I am losing efficiency when I have to do this each and every time. And while I would LOVE to add a screenshot, not only will this field not let me drag and drop, but it's also not allowing me to upload any images. Ugh.

Context Menu - Open With (Windows Suggested List)

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2
Diagram 'A' shows Windows' suggested programs
Diagram 'B' shows the extended list

I have been trying to edit the context menu's "Open with" list of Windows' suggested programs for the .mp3 extension.
I'm not talking about the extended list, but rather the programs that first appear 'before' the "choose another app" option.
If you look at Diagram 'A' you will see the preliminary list generated by Windows, this is the list I am looking to modify.
I have an .mp3 editor named Goldwave that I use for editing audio files, however, I do not want to change the preliminary program Windows uses to open .mp3s. My .mp3s should remain assigned to Winamp Player.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Context Menu - Open With (Windows Suggested List)

Well.. have a look at this:




I took a risk. I've set a System Restore point then installed Gold Wave.
It was not present in that Open With list.

I used the Default Programs Editor:




Did you click Save...? You should have seen:




Note: if you are running as a standard user you may need to run it as admin, if it doesn't offer a UAC prompt.




- opened via Open With as above.

 

Feature suggestions - move to proper menus, add Options window

Suggestions:
1) Remove main menus from top left menu (system menu) and move them to a standard Windows menu, at the top.
Leave the 6 system menu items (Restore --- Close) in system menu, move all the rest to that standard main menu. The main menu can be auto-hidable - pressing Alt key to invoke it or hide it, similar to the way IE11 menus and many Windows 10 built-in apps' menus work.

2) And/or, add an Options menu or button, which would invoke a separate screen with GPU-Z Options, similar to how most Windows apps work.
Most Windows apps have a separate Options screen, which GPU-Z lacks - one should be added.
