I reset my Laptop, then I was trying to install windows 10 on my Laptop with my bootable pen drive

I got this when I tried to install windows 10 from an bootable USB.

It sais: windows could not set the offline language, Error code: 0x80780000

(I translated it so it might not be accurate)

How do I fix this?
