Windows 10: Windows Couldnt connect to the GPSVC

I haven’t opened my laptop in about 2 days now as I wasn’t doing anything to make use of it. Before that 2 days though I let my laptop update the system before closing it down for the night, this afternoon I went on my usual routine to get my laptop started, plugging it in and such. I use a guest account for as this is a hand-me-down laptop that still has the admin account in, I tried to open the guest account but all it said was “Windows couldn’t connect to the Group Policy Client service. Please consult your system administrator” as someone who has no idea about all these things I am left co

Windows Couldnt connect to the GPSVC service?

Yesterday, i logged in on my pc and got the error: Windows Couldnt connect to the GPSVC service, i searched abd i searched, and found things about using cmd and registry editor, but the problem for me comes in, when i try to open any .exe file, or any admin programs, they wont open, so i cant run things like cmd as admin, or regedit, and the second problem is, when i try to reset my pc, it says my password is incorrect, but it isnt, please any help?

From admin Command Prompt, run:

• sc.exe qc gpsvc & sc.exe query gpsvc
  

• net start gpsvc
  

• sc.exe qc eventlog & sc.exe query eventlog
  

• sc.exe query mup & sc.exe qc mup
  

Please post the output.
