Windows 10: Windows Crash during Start up because of IntelR Management Engine Interface

Dear GuysI actually clean installed the newer version 21h1 twice in the interval of 15 daysFirst on 23 may 2021And on 05-‎06-‎2021I followed this link https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install/clean-install-windows-10/1c426bdf-79b1-4d42-be93-17378d93e587 I also had this problem before clean installingEvery time I start the PC, it starts only after a crash like operation, where the fan starts so fast and the key board light blinks out and then it crashes. After that I can see the boot screen and all others work normally.the error isIntelR Management Engi

Intel Management Engine Interface forced update?

Motherboard GA-H110M-S2H

CPU I5 6500

The suggested Intel Management Engine Interface update by my motherboard manufacturer is 11.6.0.1030, so that's what I download and install, only for Windows 10 to force a further update to 11.7.0.1032, is it correct for this to happen?

I followed the steps you mentioned, but the Intel Management Engine Interface in Device Manager, continue to have an exclamation sign.

And in Device Status continue to appear:

"This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE"

The laptop is a MSI GT80 2QE Titan SLI. In their webpage (https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GT80-2QE-Titan-SLI-4.html#down-driver&Win10 64), they put version 11.0.0.1146 as the driver for
Intel Management Engine for Windows 10 64bit, I downloaded, but was not able to install it.

Right now it has version 11.0.5.1189.

What else could I try?

As per the error Code 10 "This device cannot start. (Code 10)", we will need to manually update the drivers. For more information, see

Error codes in Device Manager in Windows



However, as you have tried uninstalling the driver and restarting the computer. We would suggest you to try updating the driver and check.



If updating the driver didn’t help, we can try downloading the driver manually from the

Intel website and try installing it.



Also, please share the make and model of the computer that you are using.
