My system is constantly crashing with the following:

I locked my PC and went away for around 20 minutes, came back and I discovered that the PC has restarted. On the Event view I fount the following log.

My computer is having an issue and I don't understand how to fix it, I found the reliability monitor and found it was BSOD and was given the technical information "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001,
0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff801746fa320, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: cf53dab9-f608-4616-9021-3b9783b48565."

Usually when this crash occurs it's not long after booting up the PC and logging in, I don't see the BSOD, instead the PC crashes and for around a minute or so it will hang just seeing the desktop or whatever application frozen and then just restart itself.
I had just last night reset the PC in the hopes this would fix the problem if it was software related but it appears to be hardware related? Hoping to get to the bottom of this issue.
