Windows 10: Windows crashed unable to pass error page first after Bios

Unable to enter "recovery". Error screen with options indicate error missing file \windows\system32 \winload.efi error code 0x000000eThis screen shows immediately after boot and there are options for recovery which do not work. BIOS at default although along the way I was given instructions via co-pilot to try a change.I really need a tech person but unable to reach. Set up return calls through "support", never received return call, out of job and credit.Any help even buying a low level gamer AS A BOAT ANCHOR A POSSIBILITY

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application
