Windows 10: Windows crashed while gaming, game files are at external hard drive

While gaming genshin impact the game files are in a external drive, my laptop suddenly chashed and blue screen appeared. After reboot, BIOS says my laptop has no bootable drive. But then, when I unplugged my external hard drive, everything goes back normal. We suggest that you try the troubleshooting steps below:

• Open your External Hard Drive file in File Explorer.
• Type the name of the file you want to search on the search box and click Enter.

The file will show up in Search Results and you will be able to move it to the correct folder.

hi!i got the problem that everytime im trying to open game or app which located on the external hard drive it's just...crashing without any error code or message
