Windows 10: Windows crashes when I try to update/reinstall drivers

I recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10, the installation of Windows ran smoothly, but I realized I couldn't change my screen brightness at all, and most videos I played on VLC, MPC and Youtube were lagging or not working at all except for the audio, I checked my drivers from the device manager and found an error message on the display driver which was set as Microsoft Basic Display Adapter This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31. So I tried to update it automatically, but during the procedure Windows crashes with the blue screen and the stopcode: System Service exception, and I keep getting that error until I do a system restore.

Next I tried to install them manually from the manufacturer's website, but again during the installation a crash with the same stopcode occurs, then I went into safemode uninstalled the current display drivers so windows can install them during the booting process, the drivers were updated to AMD Radeon HD 7640G and Trinity Scarpper Mobile, but it crashed again shortly after with stopcode : System thread exception not handled.

My windows is activated and up to date and everything works fine except for the display driver, I reinstalled windows again to see if this fixes it, but the problem wasn't solved, when my desktop was set I checked the updates and windows was updating the display drivers, but then it restarts on its own with System service exception and after that the driver update disappears and I back at square one.

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

W1zzard is asking you to test so that he can suggest next steps and be able to troubleshoot the issue you have.
If another version works, it would be one set of steps.
If several other versions also fail/crash, then it would be another.
