Windows 10: Windows crashes

Hello,

I am facing a problem since last few weeks. I noticed that my pc is gradually slowing down and crashing. The windows boot at the same speed at it previously did but after booting a black screen appears with cursor for few seconds and the sign in screen appears. After entering password, the welcome screen takes about two minutes. After that the desktop screen appears but the taskbar empty with only start and Cortana icons. Then, it takes about a minute to fully load everything and till then nothing works. I try opening apps, start menu but it seems Windows doesn't take command for that very minute. This problem happens to me on a regular basis. Sometimes after the welcome screen, a black screen with cursor appears and it also takes nearly a minute to load. In short, I have to wait at least ten minutes after switching on the pc to work smoothly. Moreover, while I work many .exe programs crashes such as Runtimebroker.exe, Smboottime.exe, explorer.exe, Svchost.exe frameserver, Speechruntime.exe I know what programs are crashed becacuse I have installed Restoro which informs me about which program has crashed. Many applications while I work crashes and says 'Not Responding' such as MS Edge, MS Photos Adobe Reader etc.

I have tried everything from running DISM tool and sfc scan to resetting the pctwice but the problem still persists. My all drivers and Windows version are up-to-date. Is there any problems with the dll files? Please help me!!! I have a Lenovo G50-70 laptop.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
