Windows 10: Windows crashing at loading dots... and crashing at Preparing Automatic Repair

So last night I wanted to download my games on my freshly installed and updated version of Windows 10 and forgot the to turn of the power saving functions and woke up to my PC in Hibernation mode. I tried to turn it on and it crashed at the loading dots all the time. I even took the SSD out and put it into another working system and it showed me all my files and could even access it didn't boot from the SSD of my broken system. So I formatted the SSD put it back into my crashing system and tried to clean install from my USB and still same issue of crashing at loading dots. Then I put the for

Preparing Automatic Repair/Diagnosing Your PC Loop

To resolve your concern with continuously looping your system, we suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your computer.
• Turn on your computer. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your computer turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.

Stuck at Preparing Automatic Repair screen(Not loading)

Hi thank you for replying smith. But the problem is i cant get past the preparing automatic repair screen.It does not load into diagnosing repairs etc.

It stays like that for over 40 mins. Without progressing or even showing a sign it is loading(no loading dots/circle).Is there a way to go into safe mode from the start i on my laptop?

 

Windows Freezing on “Preparing Automatic Repair”

Hopefully someone can help me out.

My PC kept repeatedly crashing during use and now when I try to turn it on it either gets stuck in a loop of re-booting itself, freezes on the windows logo or freezes on the loading icon of “Preparing Automatic Repair” before it loads up and I can diagnose
whats actually wrong with my PC.

Most solutions seem to require getting past Preparing Automatic Repair so you can understand my struggle when my pc decides to freeze at that point hahah.

Anyone got any solutions? Thanks
