Windows 10: Windows crashing IRQL Not less or Equal and System Service Exception

Hi Everyone,

I need some help to read these DMP files to understand what the issue is with my laptop.

My Laptop keeps crashing with a blue screen. Sometimes I get "IRQL not less or Equal" message and sometimes I get the "System Service Exception." message.

Also, my network connection drops sometimes.

I have updated the windows, deleted all software, Formatted the whole PC, Updated all the drivers and windows after formatting. Everything else seems to be fine, except that sometimes the windows crash with the blue screen and sometimes my network drops.

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL / KMODE EXCEPTION HANDLED at installation of Windows

1. Did you installed Windows 10 on this computer before?
   
2. Are you trying to install Windows by booting from the disc or USB?
   
3. When you says MBR – GPT, May I know the complete error message that you are receiving, when you are installing Windows?
   
4. Did you unplugged all the external device, apart from Mouse and keyboard?
   

Usually, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL / KMODE EXCEPTION HANDLED errors are seen if there are faulty hardware, drivers or anti-virus programs. As you are trying to install Windows 10, you can try the steps to perform a Custom Installation
of Windows 10 by booting from a disc or USB.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL could be due to faulty hardware problem, faulty system service problem and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED could be due to Hardware incompatibility and Faulty device driver or system service

Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL / SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

I have been having Driver issues with my company PC for over a week now and have been using a ton of different fixes.

I have tried to update drivers, reinstall them, swapped out hardware, run driver verifier (which just caused my system to crash and run a boot cycle. I am now at a loss.

The most recent fix I have tried was flashing my HDD and doing a fresh install of windows 10. The install went in fine, and I got into my desktop. Around 10 minutes in I get the Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL BSOD and reboot, once it launched again to desk
top I got a SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION BSOD.

My PC Build is as follows:

OS - Windows 10 Pro Build 15063 (Updates never go thru and crash halfway into applying)

Mobo - Gigabyte EP45-UD3R

Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU @ 2.66GHz

4GB of RAM

GPU - ATI FirePro V3750
