Windows 10: Windows Crashing/Shutting down abruptly with error "The previous system shutdown at...

I purchased a laptop 1.5 months ago. The specification of my machine are i9-13980HX, RTX 4080, 32 Gigs RAM. So the specifiations are very very powerful but still After few days of use, laptop started crashing/shutting down abruptly and frequently. I did some investigation from my side using some softwares to get to the root cause. From my finidings it looks like that CPU is overheating absurdely without any reason. The temprature is going above 95C in even gaming at mid settings. Shutdowns are very random without any observable pattern. I checked windows event logs and it showing a lot of wa

Surface abruptly shuts down when screen off or sleep

I confirm that without Power service from msconfig I solved the problem! And I tried to reactivate Power service and... here there is again the shutdown! These are the settings before with the shutdown problem:



These after, without Power service loaded, with NO shutdown:





I'm happy I can finally use the pc without the fear to not make any input. But anyway, is it possible to restore original Power service and settings without the shutdown problem?

Windows restarting immediately after shutdown, with critical and error "The previous system shutdown at time on date was unexpected."

For the past while now my computer has been having issues shutting down. When I click "shut down" via the windows power menu, it shuts down like normal. However, my PC doesn't actually shut down but instead reboots immediately. When I shut it down again
it shuts down normally. Here is a log of events that happened tonight that resulted in the error:

~ 12:30 - I put my PC into sleep via windows power menu.

~ 1:17 - I wake it up, log in, and shut down via windows power menu.

~ 1:17 - PC reboots, I log in and look at event viewer

Error messages in Event Viewer:

• Error, event ID 6008, at 6/22/2020 1:17:20 - "The previous system shutdown at 12:34:43 AM on ‎6/‎22/‎2020 was unexpected."
• Critical, event ID 41, at 6/22/2020 1:17:11 - "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Just a note, the Critical error shows up further up in Event Viewer (higher), despite being at an earlier time.

How can I resolve this issue? I'm worried that it could damage my PC.
