Windows 10: Windows crashing, watchdog error. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000001,...

Been having an issue with this computer I was given.Every so often, at any point while in use, the computer freezes with the mouse not moving. It'll stay like this for a few minutes, then either go to a bluescreen with a watchdog error, or just go black, switch off and restart. There's never any warning, and it can happen within 5 minutes of beginning to use the PC, or not happen until I've been using it for 5 hours. There's no rhyme or reason.I saw a lot of things about updating drivers, which I believe I've done although I'm not a techy girl, so I can't be certain, however still no ball.I

The system freezes with the mouse not moving. After a while a blue screen appears with a DPC watchdog violation error. The error happens rarely and randomly and I only checked the event viewer for errors now (a couple
of times I hard reboot before the blue screen appeared because I thought the computer will remain frozen so I didn't wait) and here is what I saw. The issue first appeared a couple of days after I successfully installed update but that might be
a coincidence.

The message says:
