Windows 10: Windows Crashing when I open games but randomly unable to move mouse or keyboard.

I have an Alienware Aurora R16 Specs:4090i-9 14900F32GB RamWindows 11 OS Pretty much whats is happening is my PC whenever I open a game, it could be randomly at any point it's not always happening but when I open a game such as Fortnite or Rust, it crashes the PC where the mouse and keyboard become unresponsive, and my sound doesn't work on the pc, and it comes out of the Monitor I have a headset plugged in so it shouldn't be coming through the monitor I don't know why its doing this I have tried so many things, sfc scannow, DISM and Resetting the pc but the problem still occurs after I have r

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
