Windows 10: Windows crashno screen sometimes, have dump

I experience Windows crashes when opening applications like games, OBS, Chrome, etc. After approximately 30 seconds, the system automatically reboots. This issue occurs only during the initial startup of the PC each day; afterwards, it functions normally without any problems for an extended period.

• Did you reinstall the update and the application after resetting the computer to factory settings?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
