In my retail build 10586.218 the number is (10000) that looks like 10,000 to me.

Same in 14328

 

Personalised POI Ovi Maps 3.03

Two ways.



1. Manually load them on your phones. go to Menu>Apps>Location>Landmarks>Options>New Landmark>Enter Manually (There are also options to select from map and current position).



Each landmark has fields for:

Name

company

Description

Address

Phone number

Web address

Coordinates



Once edited, the landmarks will appear under favorites



2. Use maps.ovi.com to set your landmarks then sync with the phone maps.

 

FWIW. This was probably the jump they are referring to. Even a jump back to 99xx just before the last:

It's strange they would jump 75 build bumbers - unless they are just testing whether that number of build digits will break anything.

 

I don't think they have jumped them. Many builds are internal, possibly on minor issues, which are not in the published sequence.
