Windows 10: Windows crush/restart from nowhere.

Hello,

Computer crashes/restarts from nowhere instantly and turning on afterwards ASAP. It happens when I'm playing video games. No logs/minidump files at all, like it didn't even happened. what to do I have no clue at all.

Method 1:

Let us run the Windows App troubleshooter:

• 
  Open Cortana and type in the search keyword:
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the search results click on Troubleshooting at the top to open the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View All in the left hand panel.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screens steps to reset the store apps.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  

Check if the above steps help to resolve the issue.

Method 2:

In case the above step does not work you may uninstall and re-install the Candy Crush App.

If the above still does not work and the issue still persists this could be issue with app and need to contact the App Support team.
