Windows 10: Windows crushed and can't boot

Windows 10 suddenly crushed blue screen showed error it started to restart but got stuck on windows logo.After windows logo showed up , the screen turned black to show up again with windows repair preparation. Screen then turns black again and after a second windows logo without message shows up and on so it goes on repeat.If i hold start button for hard reset it just turns off. I don't hear the beep that follows forced turn off , i tried it couple of times.

Candy Crush Saga Stopped working.

Tried both the steps listed above and neither of them worked. Reset the computer after the clean boot, rebooted the computer, but still have the same issue. Just got a different error code that now reads: 0x80246007.

I suppose that I can uninstall Candy Crush Saga, but then I assume I will loose everything I have done and be back to the very beginning?

Any other suggestions or help that you can offer?
